Take Me to the River is a series of paintings and digital photomontages that I began in early lockdown in the spring of 2020. I started walking out to the Hudson River to escape the confines of my studio—seeking space and release from the stress and uncertainty of the pandemic. I found many new subjects, eventually extending my explorations by bicycle.
